Az előadás első részében Ambrus Attila József (informatikus-könyvtáros) bemutatta a Digitália történeti előzményeit a könyvtárban, valamint ismertette a megvalósításhoz vezető tervezési fázisokat. Bemutatta a digitalizálással kapcsolatos munkavégzés menetét, technikai és személyi hátterét. Szót ejtett a Klimo Theca nevű és a WordPress-motor alatt működtetett elektronikus könyvtárról, valamint a modern kor szellemében megtervezett, 2017-ben elindított full text-es kereshetőséggel ellátott új Digitália megtervezéséről is beszélt.
Az előadás második részében Szalai László (fejlesztő-informatikus) a régi rendszerről az újra történő átállás feladatairól, tapasztalatairól és részben az új rendszerben alkalmazott fogásokról tartott ismertetőt. Bemutatásra kerültek a digitális tartalmak betöltésének lehetőségei, a Corvina Opac adatok felhasználási lehetőségei, valamint a tartalomjegyzék generálásának menete.

Digitália – E-library in the University of Pécs University Library and Centre for Learning — In the first part of the presentation, Attila József Ambrus (IT librarian) presents the history of Digitalia in the library and describes the planning phases leading to implementation. He shows the progress of work related to digitization as well as the technical and personal background. He speaks about the electronic library called Klimo Theca which operates under WordPress engine and about the planning of the new Digitália which was designed in the spirit of the modern age and starts in 2017 with full text searchability. In the second part of the presentation, László Szalai (IT developer) expounds the tasks and experiences of the transition from old system to new and partially the catches used in the new system. The possibilities of loading digital content, the possible uses of Corvina Opac data and the table of contents generation process will also be presented.
